The Noroton Heights Fire Department is a 100% volunteer organization that handles the emergency services needs of the citizens of the western part of Darien, CT. The success of our organization is driven by its members who donate countless hours in service to their community and by the generous support and donations of the residents of our community. We are always looking for great people to join us as firefighters or in critical support roles.
General Informaiton about becoming a member
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Line firefighter membership must provide an endorsed physician's medical statement which attest and certifies the applicant's good health and physical fitness.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States and a legal resident of the Town of Darien or of a city/town immediately adjacent to the Town of Darien
